All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in Destin, Florida via UPS or USPS. Regardless of the size or weight of your shipment you pay just one standard price for shipping. So you can ship as much as you want for the same shipping fee. For domestic U.S., U.S. territories, and APO shipments, Standard Shipping is $7.95 - delivery is within 7 to 10 business days. Rush Shipping for $14.95 - delivery is within 2 to 3 business days. Overnight Express Air - delivery is 1 business day. For Canadian shipments, we only offer Express Shipping for just $14.95 - delivery is within 5 to 7 business days. For International Shipments (except Canada), we only offer Expedited Shipping for just $34.95 – delivery is within 3 to 6 business days. How can I check the status of my order? After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email confirming its date of shipment and tracking number. You may use that tracking number to track your shipment on our website. Or you may contact our friendly Customer Service team by email at CustomerService@GreatAmericanProducts.com or by calling 1-800-781-0795 for any assistance. What if I don’t receive my order within the estimated shipping time? If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping time you may track your order online. Otherwise you may contact our friendly Customer Service team by either email at CustomerService@GreatAmericanProducts.com or by calling 1-800-781-0795 for any assistance. How can I review my phone and/or mail order history at GreatAmericanProducts.com? If you have already opened an account at www.GreatAmericanProducts.com then simply log into your account and your history and account info will be fully accessible to you. On the other hand if you have not already opened an account, then you will need to open an account the first time you place an order on our website - even if you have ordered by phone or mail before. Once your web account is activated it will automatically merge and populate all phone, mail, and web order history. From that point forward your order history and account info will be fully accessible to you. What is your return/refund policy? We are always happy to exchange or refund products within 30 days (AutoShips receive an extended return period) of your purchase date to ensure your satisfaction. We will pay for return shipping if an error has been made on our end. If you would like to return product for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If you paid for your order with a credit card, your credit should appear on your account within 10 business days. If you paid by check, please allow 14 business days. What happens if I have forgotten my password or I do not have one? Click on the “Forgot My Password” link on the login page. You will be prompted for your email address. If it matches the email address we have on file, then your password will be sent to that email address. Do I pay taxes on the products I buy? There is no sales tax for nutritional supplements in the state of Florida. Since we are located in the state of Florida, you are not charged sales tax when you purchase our nutritional supplements. Does Great American Products ship outside the United States? Yes, we ship outside the Continental United States however payment must be in US funds. Canadian customers may be subject to GST and PST taxes. How long should it take to receive my order? Assuming the item(s) in your order are in stock, your order will leave our warehouse the next business day. We ship via UPS and USPS. P.O. Boxes are always shipped USPS.
