Diminishing
Supply of Oxygen is a Major Threat to Your Health!
Oxygen is all around us and appears to be
plentiful, so why all the alarm? Scientific analysis of the air in various parts of the
world today reveals the frightening fact that the oxygen content of the air appears to be
declining. In fact, in some larger cities, the oxygen levels of air have recently been
measured at a distressing 12% to 15%. Now here's the real problem: medical researchers
claim that oxygen levels under 7% in the air is too low to support human life, even for
short periods. This staggering decrease in the oxygen content of air has aroused a surge
of concern among many respected researchers. They see direct correlation between decreases
in oxygen levels and increases in human illness.
Technology has created a serious oxygen
deficiency in our atmosphere. Factory pollution, car exhaust, cigarette smoke, and
pesticides fill our air with toxic gases and pollutants - which deplete the oxygen.
Another serious problem that is reducing
oxygen in our air is the chopping down and burning of trees occurring in the Amazon rain
forest in South America. This vast forest is approximately half the size of the United
States! It is the largest and most important forest in the world. This slow, but
methodical destruction has reduced the forest by 10%.
As a result, the pure
oxygen the forest's
plants and trees release into our atmosphere is reduced significantly.
A Poor Diet Depletes Oxygen
In a national survey published in Eating
Patterns in America, most Americans stated that their three most favorite foods were
hamburgers, French fries and pizza. While fruits and vegetables have high oxygen content,
the junk food that Americans love so much is low in oxygen and high in toxins. This
requires your body to use more oxygen to eliminate the toxins and absorb the few nutrients
that are in the junk food. Some foods that are extremely low in oxygen range from
processed sugar, white flour, and alcohol, to coffee and colas.
These foods require tremendous amounts of
oxygen in order to be metabolized. But since they are so low in oxygen content and so high
in caloric content, the body has to divert needed oxygen from primary metabolic functions
(like proper heartbeat, blood flow, brain function, immune response, etc.) to metabolize
them! This is one reason why so many people get tired after eating.
The same is true with nicotine and various
medications - whether prescription or over-the-counter. Since they provide no oxygen
content to the body, the oxygen needed to metabolize them must be diverted from the body's
primary metabolic functions, causing more oxygen depletion or cellular suffocation in an
already oxygen depleted body.
Early Stages of Oxygen Starvation Are Not
Always Obvious
As stated in the Townsend Letter for Doctors:
"cells undergoing partial oxygen starvation send out tiny panic signals which are
collectively felt in the body as a continuous vague sensation of uneasiness, but people
rarely suspect a constant feeling of fatigue or despair as a result of their cells crying
out for help due to oxygen starvation.
When your cells and organs don't have enough
oxygen, they suffer from hypoxia (lack of oxygen). If hypoxia continues, you are on the
road to cell and eventually - organ damage. Those people already stricken with fading
memory and breathing and heart problems may have advanced stages of hypoxia. However, in
most cases increasing your bodys oxygen levels can reverse hypoxia.
Ailments Related to Oxygen Deficiency
As Dr. Spencer Way writes in the Journal of
the American Association of Physicians, "Insufficient oxygen means insufficient
biological energy that can result in anything from mild fatigue to life threatening
disease. The link between insufficient oxygen and disease has now been firmly
established."
Scientists like Dr. Way and many others now
believe that the initial symptoms of oxygen deprivation, which in actuality constitutes
the gradual oxygen starvation of the body's seven trillion cells - are as follows:
-
Overall bodily weakness
-
Joint and muscle aches
-
Depression
-
Dizziness
-
Irritability
-
Fatigue
-
Memory loss
-
Lowered immunity to colds, flu and infection
-
Bronchial problems, yeast infections, bacterial, viral and
parasitic infection.
In his article, "Immunity, Cancer,
Oxygen and Candida Albicans", Dr. Levine noted "oxygen plays a pivotal role in
the proper functioning of the immune system..."especially as it relates to the
system's resistance to disease, bacteria, and viruses." Dr. Levine added: "We
can look at oxygen deficiency as the single greatest cause of all diseases." It is
believed, and supported by a great deal of research, that a shortage of oxygen in the
blood could very well be the starting point for the breakdown of the immune system."
Are You at A High Risk for Oxygen Deficiency?
In addition to the elderly, researchers have
found that people with specific health problems, or who live under certain conditions, are
more likely to become oxygen depleted:
-
Smokers
-
Asthma
-
Emphysema
-
Chronic bronchitis
-
Live in highly polluted cities or at high altitudes.
-
Participate in heavy exercise or sports activities.
-
Frequent airplane flyer airplanes are low in oxygen levels.
-
Congestive heart failure
-
Cystic fibrosis
-
Damaged cells and growth in the lungs
-
Work in a sealed building.
-
Have other health problems or fatigue.
Infection and Parasites Thrive in Oxygen
Depleted Environments
When oxygen levels in the body fall to
extremely low levels for too long, the body becomes the perfect breeding ground for every
sort of harmful bacteria, virus, fungus, parasite and other infectious agents. Most of
these dangerous "microorganisms" live and multiply best in environments with
little or no oxygen! That's why they are called anaerobic because they are able to
grow and function without oxygen.
As researcher Ed McCabe, author of the book
Oxygen Therapies: A New Way of Approaching Disease," explains about disease causing
microorganisms: "The large majority of infectious little buggers that cause us so
much infectious illness and pain are anaerobic... a big word that means they live and
proliferate best in environments where there is little or no oxygen."
In short, most infectious agents simply
cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment. If the oxygen content of your body is normal,
then most infectious microorganisms simply cannot colonize and proliferate there. The high
oxygen content of your body destroys them along with their disease-causing by-products.
The partial pressure of oxygen in normal blood should be somewhere near 98%.
Unfortunately, most people today have nowhere
near the dissolved oxygen content their bodies need to consistently win the battle against
infectious organisms. This is due largely to oxygen-depleting diets and oxygen-depleted
air. When your body becomes oxygen depleted, anaerobic disease-causing microorganisms move
in and have a field day. They literally multiply by the billions!
As author Ed McCabe explains further,
"because you have a low oxygen condition in your cells, these foreign pathogens find
it easy to invade your body. They grow and form colonies, and excrete toxins that make you
sick or sometimes give you a fever, a sore throat, chronic fatigue, Candida or a cold. The
reason they can grow, rob your body of energy and produce disease is because of the low
oxygen levels in your cells. In short, they grow in you because the traditional sources of
oxygen in your body - air, food and water - can no longer supply all of the oxygen you
need to live a long and healthy life."
As Dr. S. Anderson Peoples, M.D.,
Professor
of Pharmacology states, "As a bactericide and fungicide, stabilized oxygen works
primarily on the basis of oxygenation. Oxygen is the vital factor that gives our body the
"firepower" it needs to resist infectious microorganisms and repel disease.
"Crank-Up" Your Energy Levels!
Dr. Otto Warburg has
done considerable
research on why healthy cells need to create the "energy" for the life process.
In fact, he received two Noble Prizes for research findings on the importance of oxygen to
cellular life.
Healthy cells in the body break down the
carbohydrates we eat into simple "glucose" sugars. The glucose is then stored in
the cells. The cells, when they need energy to perform their functions (reproduction,
heat, etc.), take the stored glucose and in a chemical reaction with oxygen, create
ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate), the body's
universal currency for pure energy.
If there is a lack of oxygen at the cellular
level, no life process can take place and the cell dies. But Dr. Warburg also discovered
that a poor supply of oxygen is also detrimental to the cell. When cells lack the right
amount of oxygen, the glucose in the cells begins to ferment and a chain reaction starts
taking place. Instead of living off the A.T.P, the cell begins to live off the
fermentation of the stored glucose hence fatigue sets in!
In short Oxygen is essential to
reverse
sluggishness and chronic fatigue.
Your Memory Relies on Oxygen
The brain, one of the most important organs,
suffers most from oxygen depletion. The brain needs sufficient oxygen in order to process
the enormous quantity of information it receives. Without oxygen, brain cells die quickly
- and unlike your liver, brain cells can't regenerate! The result is memory loss, dementia
and possibly Alzheimers disease Oxygen can help give your body the added oxygen it
needs to achieve and maintain peak brain function, consistent mental clarity and proper
nervous system response.
Benefits of Oxygen Supplementation
-
Increases oxygen uptake at the cellular level
-
Elevates energy levels
-
Strengthens the immune system
-
Heightens concentration and alertness
-
Calms the nervous system
-
Allows your body to direct enough oxygen to its primary
functions without having to draw on valuable reserves
-
Quickly kills infectious bacteria, viruses, fungi, and
parasites, but does not harm the "good" microorganisms our bodies need.
-
Greatly enhances uptake of vitamins, minerals, amino acids,
proteins, and other important nutrients.
-
Gives the body the added oxygen it needs to eliminate built-up
toxins and poisons in our cells, tissues, and bloodstream.
-
Greatly benefits respiratory and allergy-related conditions
such as asthma, sinus infections, and upper respiratory problems.
Oxygen supplementation restores your body's
own oxygen balance closer to the high natural range it was originally designed to function
within.
What is Stabilized Liquid Oxygen?
Stabilized liquid oxygen is a new generation
of super oxygenation technology developed by Dr. William F. Koch M.D., Ph.D. and then
later utilized by NASA for the space research program. According to Dr. David Holden,
Diplomat of Biochemistry, "Stabilized oxygen was designed to destroy any known and
unknown microorganisms with a minimum dose, yet maintain its safety to the host. The
obvious use - to help prevent the astronauts from bringing back any germs or foreign
organisms in their body fluids."
A Unique Stabilized Liquid Oxygen Supplement
In particular the stabilized liquid oxygen in
Oxygizer, a supplement from
Great American Products, is a safe, non-toxic, supplement which is unique in that it
contains one of the highest concentrations of standardized liquid oxygen available
anywhere. Oxygizer contains a
unique concentration of stabilized oxygen primarily diatomic oxygen, or 02-in a liquid
solution of sodium chloride (salt) and distilled water.
When taken orally as a daily supplement (15
drops in a glass of water, 3 times per day or you can take 15 drops, 3 times per day
sublingually - under your tongue) it makes pure oxygen available to be immediately
absorbed into the bloodstream. The hemoglobin (the oxygen transporter in your blood) then
carries the oxygen straight to your body's cells and tissues, highly saturating them with
the oxygen. This in turn allows your body to metabolize a far greater proportion of your
nutrient intake, as well as purify your bloodstream.
Oxygizer is so absorbable that in a study conducted by quantum
physicists, Dr. James Aker, increased oxygen levels were detected in the bloodstream
within only two minutes after being administered sublingually.
No Downside to Oxygen Supplementation
Oxygizer is not to be confused with the Chlorite compounds (Clo2)
which are available on the market and represent an older, now outdated approach to
providing oxygen supplementation. On the other hand, Oxygizer is a liquid solution, which contains intact oxygen
molecules ready for immediate absorption. The older Chlorite type compounds must first
come into contact with the hydrochloric acid (HCI) in the stomach before oxygen is
released by way of a vigorous chemical reaction. Whats more, unlike Oxygizer which is pH balanced and
can be placed directly on the skin, the older Chlorite type compounds are extremely harsh
[pH values usually in excess of 10] and can do serious damage to the skin and delicate
mucous membranes.
