Dip
Ingredients

½ c nonfat yogurt, vanilla

1 TBS each diced red, yellow and
green bell peppers

1 TBS celery, chopped fine

2 TBS chives (or green onion)

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsely
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well in a small
serving bowl. Chill if desired.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve on a large, decorative tray or platter, surrounded by bite-sized
fresh vegetables. |
