Chilled Beet and Raspberry Soup
Ingredients
2 cups pickled beets, sliced
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup potato, cooked
2 cups water
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. salt
Instructions
Puree all ingredients together. Chill and serve.
